Skilled artisans in Northern Thailand handcrafted this oriental floor vase from the unique wood of the mango tree. Hand-turning and hand-lathing techniques passed down over generations were used in the process. After the tall vase has been shaped, the entire piece is then hand sanded with care. Next, a dark cherry colored finish is applied to emphasize the darker accent grain. Lastly, the wood vase is coated with a clear lacquer finish to protect the surface.
Our unique floor vase is available in Cherry and measures 25" tall x 9.5” diameter at its widest point.
Mangowood vases cannot hold water, you must use a plastic container and insert into vase for fresh arrangements.
