This classic urn floor vase has been handcrafted from natural bamboo in Southeast Asia. Pieces of bamboo are cut into thin strips, which are then curved around a frame and formed into the shape of the vase. The oriental vase is carefully sanded into a smooth curved shape, and then genuine silver leaf in small square sheets is applied to the entire surface of the vase. Next, color glaze is applied over the silver leaf to create the finished color. Lastly, the tall vase is coated with layers of lacquer for a protective finish. It is the silver leaf underneath the color glaze that gives the vase its deep rich luster, and delicate texture.
Our striking floor vase measures 28” tall x 11” diameter at its widest point, and 7” opening at the top.
This vase is available in your choice of Golden Bronze, which is a mustard gold as shown at left in the picture, and Light Gold which is a light yellow gold, as shown at right in the picture.
These vases cannot hold water, you must use a plastic container and insert into vase for fresh arrangements.

Decorating Tip:
This classic floor vase can be displayed standing alone, or with a simple, elegant arrangement of dried flowers or branches and twigs. Either the unique golden bronze or light gold color make a rich and elegant statement.
