Standing 4’ tall with its graceful, classical shape, this large floor vase is entirely handcrafted from natural bamboo by artisans in Southeast Asia. The bamboo pieces are cut into thin strips, which are then curved around a frame and formed into the shape of the vase. The large oriental vases are carefully sanded to a smooth curved shape and silver leaf is then applied to the surface in small square sheets.

This vase is available in your choice of 2 colors:

PEARL - A soft, pearl like glaze over the silver leaf that softens the brightness (shown above in the main picture)

Natural SILVER Leaf - Clear glaze over the silver leaf for a brighter, metallic silver finish (shown below in the smaller inset picture - click to enlarge photo)

This giant floor vase measures 47" tall by 19" in diameter at its widest point. A spacious area is needed to accommodate this very large vase! >
