Standing 5 feet tall with its graceful, classic shape, this large vase is handcrafted from spun bamboo by artisans in Southeast Asia. The entire surface is then covered with a layer of genuine silver leaf, over which a light gold glaze is applied, followed by layers of clear lacquer for a protective finish. It is the silverleaf underneath the gold glaze that gives the vase depth and delicate textured appearance. The gold color is a pale, light gold.
