Standing 5 feet tall with its graceful, classic shape, this large vase is handcrafted from spun bamboo by artisans in Southeast Asia. The entire surface is then covered with a layer of genuine silver leaf, over which a color glaze is applied, followed by several layers of clear lacquer for a protective finish. It is the silver leaf underneath the glaze that gives this large vase depth of color and delicate textured appearance.
This exquisite, giant floor vase is Ruby(red with hues of dark persimmon) This color is a shade darker than the Egret vases of Frosted Persimmon which are also listed in this vase section.
Size measures 60" tall by 19" in diameter at its widest point. A large space is needed to accommodate this very large floor vase!
