Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging if you contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a RNA. When you call us, we will email you instructions and the address for the return. The item must reach our warehouse in new & good condition within 10 days of date RNA was given.

For items received after the above timeframes, there will be a restocking fee of 10 - 20% depending on the product. We regret that shipping charges to send the item to you for the original purchase and cost to return the item to us are not refundable. If you received free shipping or discount coupon, these will be deducted from your return.

****EXCEPTION**** PILLOWS & PILLOW CASES - Due to customer returns in the past that have not been in perfect condition, WE DO NOT accept returns on this item. We want to ensure that all of our customers receive new pillows and pillow cases. If you would like a color swatch, please call us at 408-253-0333 and we will send it out within 1 business day of your request.

We recommend that you insure all packages. Shopping The Globe will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Damaged Merchandise
If your item was received in damaged condition, you must notify us immediately so we can alert the shipping company and file a claim. You must report the damage to us within 5 days of item delivery if you would like a replacement or refund. Please call us at 408-253-0333.

If you return an item that was in good condition but it gets damaged or lost, you can claim the damage or loss with the carrier you used in shipping the product back to us. We will provide you as much information as possible for your claim. Your refund will depend on whether we can sell the item in our clearance section.
