How Much will Shipping Cost?
Shipping cost depends on the shipping method selected (Ground or one of the Expedited choices), the shipping weight of the item, or in the case of large items, the size of the item (not weight) will dictate the cost. Shipping within the US is based on the following tables.

When will my order ship?
Orders will usually be shipped within 1 business day of placing the order. If you need to expedite your order, please call us at 408-253-0333 and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday (if it is not a holiday). Orders shipped via Ground service to the Western United States are estimated to arrive in 2 business days; 4 business days for Central; and 5-6 business days for the East Coast. You may use your tracking# to obtain an estimate on delivery date for your order.
For 2Day Delivery, when will my order will arrive?
It depends. If your order is placed before 8:00 AM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) your order will ship that same day and arrive in 2 business days. If your order is placed after 8:am, but you need the item shipped on the same day you place the order, please call us and we will do our best to expedite your request. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will ship it the next business day. Please note that certain remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times as dictated by our shippers.
What if no one is home when my package is delivered?
If you enter your home address as the "Shipping Address" and you are not home when the package is delivered, the carrier may leave the package at your door if he feels it is a safe location. If you live in an apartment building, deliveries will not usually be left at the door and the carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver.
We recommend using your work address if it is possible to do so as the "Shipping Address" if someone will be there during business hours to receive packages in a secure place.
Can Shopping the Globe ship internationally?
Shopping the Globe can only ship to the 50 states, of United States of America. Shopping the Globe does not ship internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking here. When you place an order at Shopping the Globe you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary.
How do I find my tracking number?
If you provided a valid e-mail address when you ordered, you will receive an e-mail listing your tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within one (1) business days of ordering or if you do not have an e-mail address, you can call Customer Support at 408-253-0333 and we can track your shipment for you.
What should I do if I track my order and there appears to be a problem?
If you select Ground as your shipping method, it can take between one to six Business days for your order to arrive. If it has been more than six Business days and your order has still not arrived, or if you selected 1Day, 2Day, or 3Day service and your order is overdue, please call us at 408-253-0333. If the lines are busy, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone#. /
Can I choose a different shipping method?
Yes, Shopping the Globe offers three different shipping methods:
- Ground ( 1 to 6 business days)
- 3-Day Delivery (3 business days)
- 2-Day Delivery (2 business days)
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Shopping the Globe can ship orders to a P.O. Box address using the United States Postal Service.
